No call, no email, no response to the text they asked me to send. This has now happened twice with them. It’s been over a decade since I’ve filed a claim, but their lack of interest in assisting me with coverage makes me question their response if I was in a time of need. Hopefully others have more success with them, but I have no interest in continuing my coverage through this agency and am in the process of transferring my policies."
