"I called and wanted to talk to this guy about insurance ,my situation ,getting a quote, and seeing what my options were,and what this guy could do for me. Right away this guy was totally rude,and honestly was being a smart alec, and was belittling me. I was surprised and blown away that a guy like himself would say,and act like that towards me,like how he did. I wasn’t aware and really don’t know if I did,or said something to the guy or what. I don’t think I did,yet there had to be a reason why I definitely wasn’t pleased and this is why I am writing this review and my experience with him. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is more people as well, who had the same ordeal/issue like I did."

"John Waddell has been wonderful to work with! He has helped me with insuring my new house and transferring my two vehicles from a different company. He collaborated with my banker and made the process so easy! John has also helped me look at different life insurance policies and was very patient when explaining the differences between everything. Finally, he was so quick with a response when we bought our new car and got it insured within a couple hours! Best part, it was all through email! Thank you John for all your help! You have been wonderful to work with!!"

"The crew at Tom Maack State Farm, are AMAZING. I have been with this firm here since 2004 but have been with State Farm for 40 years. Have never been treated rudely, always ready to help and easy claims. Don't plan on going any where. Staying with State Farm. EVERYONE there is so Amazing. Amy is the BEST. I know that when I CALL and SPEAK to her I know that EVERYTHING will be taken care of. She is an added BONUS to that company. A VALUABLE asset, so PLEASE don't let her GO any where IF she starts TALKING that way. Cement her FEET to the FLOOR. Lol... Sam is also an added bonus. Had to do a claim on my vehicle. When I wasn't sure exactly what was going on, Sam explained everything. Even at the very end when I wasn't sure what the next step was, Sam stepped up and took care of it all. Great young man and he is going to go far."

"This is a review of Tom Maack, not the team who works for him. I have been very pleased with John Waddell who is always ready to find me the best coverage as situations change. I stopped into the office to pick up a printout of my insurance card and Tom started off by saying "How did you get that name, you look Asian to me." Not exactly how I would greet a client based on my 30+ years experience as a real estate agent. He then said he likes to ask about his clients background. Well it went on from there with me, at his request, telling about where I grew up, what I did for a living before retiring, and my volunteer activites with Scouting. Tom managed to find something insulting or denegrating to say about many of my responses, at the same time touting his superior analytical skills. Honestly, I don't know whether he intends to be offensive or he is just prone to sticking his foot in his mouth, but he would do well to let his excellent staff do the talking."

"Excellent service and products. Tom walked me through the differences in my current policy and their proposed and confirmed that I would still be covered in all cases. This was just the bonus on top of saving a significant amount of money on premiums for both our autos and home! Extremely pleased."
